    Abstract:

    The ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized on glass fiber by hydrothemal method with silica sol,  aluminum sulfate (Al2(SO4)3·18H2O), tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) and NaOH as raw materials. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectrometer (IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The treatment effect of ZSM-5 zeolite/glass fiber composite on copper-containing wastewater was investigated. The results showed that when the dosage ofcomposite material was 0.8 g, the crystallization time was 48 h, the crystallization temperature was 180 ℃ and the concentration of adsorption solution was 10 mg/L, the adsorption rate of ZSM-5/untreated glass fiber reached 83.9% after 300 min, and the adsorption rate of ZSM-5/glass fiber pretreated by NaOH reached 89.5% after 420 min.
