    In order to promote green and low-carbon economic development, the existing experience and problems were analyzed. It is suggested to build an economic structure facilitating green and low-carbon development, improve the green and low-carbon circular system, promote the optimization and upgrading of infrastructure and the transformation of green and low-carbon lifestyles, and fully stimulate the green and low-carbon development.
